Resident Hosted Block Party Returns!

After a few years off, the beloved monthly block parties are making a comeback—starting this Sunday, May 4, from 4:00–6:00 pm! Longtime resident Paul LeValley is hosting the first Resident Hosted Block Party at 3210 Ligustrum Lane (lot 382)—“the blue house with wildflowers where respectable people would have a front lawn,” as Paul describes it.

Bring a dish to share, and if you’d like to enjoy something stronger than punch, feel free to BYOB. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for up to 60 guests. Plus, Paul will have his latest books on display for those interested in a little literary browsing.

Let’s bring back the spirit of community and connection! If you’re interested in hosting a future block party, speak up and keep the tradition going.

Get ready to strut your stuff at the 11th Annual 'Kick off the Summer' Figleaf Boutique Fashion Show, an event you won't want to miss! Join us on Saturday, May 24th, at 2:00 pm by the West Pool for an afternoon filled with style, elegance, and a dash of glamour.

As we gear up for the summer season, our runway will showcase the latest trends and chic ensembles handpicked from Figleaf Boutique. But wait, there's more – we need fabulous individuals like you to grace our catwalk as models! Calling all aspiring models: if you've got the confidence and flair to rock the runway, we want to hear from you! As part of Nude Recreation Week —yes, there is a national week for that—Cypress Cove is opening its doors to first-time visitors for an Open House event on Saturday, July 12, with guided VIP tours from Noon until 4:00 p.m. What happens at a nudist resort open house? Simply put, Cypress Cove invites first-time visitors so they can see how much fun au natural recreation can be. With complimentary resort tours, food for purchase, music by the pool, and access to all resort amenities, you can bring your curious family and friends to FINALLY introduce them to Cypress Cove. It's free admission ALL day, so come out and see what REAL freedom feels like.
