Our hobby & fitness classes are run by dedicated & enthusiastic volunteers!

Here are just a few of the classes we offer. Schedules vary by season. Check our calendar for details.
 

3 Mile Power Walk is an indoor Just Walk program by Leslie Sansone. The group meets Monday thru Saturday at 8:30 AM in the Game Room.

Chinese Wand Exercises are patterned after an ancient Chinese fitness program that develops strength, flexibility and balance addressing all muscle groups of the body. The group meets  Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00 AM in the Clubhouse.

Crafts & Cocktails meets at Scuttlebutts on the last Saturday of the month at 4:00 PM for a fun hour of crafts. Purchase a beverage from the bar and receive a coupon for one free craft to create!

Line Dancing w/ Marilyn & Jean is a more advanced Line Dance Class which is one hour in length. The dances range from beginner to intermediate in difficulty. Every dance is broken down and explained fully. Please wear comfortable dancing shoes.  Wearing flip flops or going barefoot is discouraged. Bring water to drink. Be prepared to get a great workout, listen to some great music, and meet some great people. The group meets Tuesdays and Saturdays at 11:00 AM in the Clubhouse.

Power Walk w/ Debi meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 AM in the Clubhouse. This is a cardio workout focusing on building intensity and sustaining a healthy pace with the assistance of a video leader and musical beat for increased cardiac health, endurance and weight management.

Walk Fit & Trim Indoors is held in the Clubhouse during the winter season. It is an indoor class, 45 - 60 minutes long, and no special equipment is required. The group meets Monday thru Saturday at 8 AM in the Clubhouse.

Tony Little Strength & Stretching Workout w/ Debi meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:00 AM in the Clubhouse. This is a video directed total body stretching and strengthening workout utilizing the Easy Shaper Bar.

Ultra Beginner's Line Dancing w/ Marilyn & Jean is a 30 minute class for new line dancers. Come join our fun group to do some line dancing! All ages are welcome. No dance partner is needed. If you’ve never line danced before, this class is for you! If you want help on a dance that you’ve done in the past, you can also attend this class to get extra help. Please wear comfortable dancing shoes.  Wearing flip flops or going barefoot is discouraged. Bring water to drink. Be prepared to get a great workout, listen to some great music, and meet some great people. The group meets Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10:30 AM in the Clubhouse.

Water Exercises meets Monday thru Friday at 10:30 AM in the East Pool.
