Young Nudist Weekend
Sep 26 - 28
Cypress Cove wants to help celebrate young nudists and especially young nudist families during our Young Nudist Weekend, September 26-28, 2014.
We've got a great, fun lineup of activities for the weekend, starting with a Karaoke Party on Friday night. We have literally tens of thousands of songs, so you are sure to find something you'll love!
Relax by the pool on Saturday, or boat on the lake, and then come to the Lakeside Restaurant on Saturday night for Young Nudist Dance w/ DJ Xavier. He'll play great fun dance music for you and your friends to enjoy.
We have a special treat on Sunday, the Streak the Cove Nude 5K at 8:30 am. Whether you choose to run, or just watch, it's always a fun time! Plus, you're sure to have a blast at the After 5K Pool Party!
We recognize that today's young nudists are the future of nude recreation. We also understand that money can be a limiting factor for a young family just starting out. So we've also got some great deals for this weekend.
HOTEL: Rooms with at least one (1) young nudist guest (18-35), or a registered runner in the 5K, will qualify for our Full Member Rate, starting at just $99 per night for a Villa Hotel Room. Hotel rates include grounds fees.
CAMPING: Also Full Member Rates for sites with at least one young nudist (18-35) or one registered runner in the 5K, starting at just $24 per night for tent camping. Camping rates include grounds fees.
DAY VISIT: Day visitors ages 18 to 35 qualify for our everyday Young Nudist Rate of just $5 per person. Registered runners grounds fees are included.
Nude Bowling in Kissimmee
Friday, September 26th
Patti from Crossed Oaks Haven has set up another fun nude bowling night on Friday, September 26th, at Orange Bowl Lanes in Kissimmee.
Only $20 per person!
Be there by 6 pm.
Oh, and you can rent a room at Cypress Cove to fill out your weekend. :)
Streak the Cove 5K
Sunday, September 28th
The fourth-annual Streak the Cove 5K will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Registration is now open at Nude5K.com.
Runners navigate a two-loop, 3.1-mile course through the grounds of Cypress Cove before enjoying a post-race celebration and pool party. Runners are encouraged to make a day – even a weekend – of it at The Cove, which again will waive grounds fees for visiting athletes on the day of the race. Your entry fee provides all-day access to the resort, which includes two pools, multiple hot tubs, restaurant, fitness center, spa, boutique, and a 50-acre lake.
For those who want to stay overnight, we are offering Full Member rates in the hotel, RV park and lakefront tenting for registered runners. Just let us know when you make your reservation.
The race is organized by Enterprise Media LLC. All of our races offer commemorative mini-bottles of wine to the top 20 male and female finishers, along with custom T-shirts.

Fall Volleyball Bash
Oct 4 & 5
Join us October 4th & 5th for our annual Fall Volleyball Bash.
The volleyball is a fun Co-Ed Triples Tournament played on grass courts. We have divisions A, AA, and AAA (we'll add B if we get enough players). There is a round robin on Saturday and a double elimination on Sunday to determine the winners.
Teams sign up Saturday morning before play. Each team must have at least one female player. Single players without a team can sign up as well. They will be put together or picked up by teams looking for additional players if possible.
The top prize for each division will be a $50 bar tab for the team (paid in Cove Coins for use at either restaurant and bar).
Cost is $25 per person which includes day fees for Friday thru Sunday and optional tent camping on the lakefront. Children are free. Guests paying to stay overnight in the hotel or RV park play for free.
Outside of volleyball, we'll have great activities all weekend, including Streak at Cheeks Parties and a Player's Bonfire Saturday night. Hope to see you there!

Please send me an email (or just reply to this one) letting me know that you've signed up. I'd like to keep track of how many we have. There's a minimum that must be met or they will not come out.
Rock Pink and Cypress Cove have been working for a long time to try to make this happen. They want to show appreciation for all of the support they've received from our community.
We think this is a wonderful addition to the Nude-A-Palooza event that will really bring focus to the cause we are supporting. This is a valuable service for those who need it. The more women who sign up, the more likely this is to happen. Please don't delay. You'll be helping others and enjoying the convenience of not having to drive into town for your next Mammogram.
UPDATE: We still have only 4 women signed up. The minimum is 15. Please call today to make an appointment! The office should have a list of accepted insurance. Rock Pink plans to help out members who may not have insurance coverage. Please email me if that is your concern so we can get that worked out.

News from Ted
Last weekend was our Back to the 60's Weekend. Despite the slow season, it turned out to be a great weekend.
The new band, Yesterdayze, was a huge hit. We received a lot of compliments about them. We had a full room and the dance floor was full right up until the end.
Even more amazingly, one of the band members asked us to let him play by the pool on Sunday. He had never been to a nudist resort before, but he played completely nude. And he was terrific.
Yesterdayze even posted a thank you to the members of Cypress Cove on our Facebook page.
"On a serious note, hat's off to Cypress Cove! From start to finish, from staff & management to residents and guests, we have probably never played any place where we were made to feel more welcome and appreciated. Yesterdayze' show was completely sold out, and we still had a full house when the last note was played! You danced the night away while singing to your hearts' content...we are ready to come back and play for you anytime! Thanks again to Maximum Bands for the gig!"
This weekend is our Duct Tape Dance Party & Costume Contest. But first, we've got Karaoke w/ Roland & Melanie in Scuttlebutts on Thursday night. Then there's a Streak at Cheeks w/ DJ Shawn on Friday night.
Saturday marks the return of The Naked Astronomer with a presentation on the Summer Constellations. He will also be leading a naked eye tour of the constellations after dark on the lakefront.
Also Saturday night is our Duct Tape Dance & Costume Contest w/ DJ Xavier. They've done this on the Nude Cruise and people came up with some pretty creative costumes, just out of duct tape. A couple of the ones that I remember were Tarzan and Rambo. There were also full suits and dresses. See what you can come up with!
Sunday is our Health Day. Regis has set up a full suite of activities, including the Blood Mobile, Flu Shots, Skin Cancer Screenings and Chiropractic Screenings. All will be available on Sunday at 11 am in the Clubhouse (except the Blood Mobile, behind Lakeside).
The online Members Portal has been updated. You may now see current month expenses as well as past statements.
I know it's a little hard to see in this picture, but there is now a link below the Statement Date selection that says, "Display Current Month's Expenses." When you click that link, you will see a detail of new charges since your last statement.
Looking at this example, the Balance Due in the top left is the total balance due. It will be the Balance Due from your most recent statement, plus the total of your Current Month's Expenses. Again, in this example, the Statement ending 09/01/2014 has a Balance Due of $1024.08. When you add the Current Month's Expenses of $194.97, you get the Balance Due in the top left of $1219.05. The actual payment currently due would only be the $1024.08 balance from the previous statement. The rest is just for your information and tracking purposes.
Please let me know if you need any help figuring out how to use the Members Portal. It's a powerful feature that any of our members can use.
You may have noticed some contractors doing some ground work around Cypress Cove this week. That will be going on for a little while longer. So, what are they doing? It's actually kind of exciting (for me, at least). They are running new cable lines which will allow us to have our own Cypress Cove Resort Channel within the resort on Bright House Networks. And it's not just the hotel, the channel will be available for campers and residents as well.
I can't tell you what the channel will look like just yet, but I have signed with a content provider to try to make it nice. Ideally, it will show a local weather map, tell you what's happening today at the resort, show restaurant specials, and list upcoming events and news items. At least, I hope it will do all of that. :)
Stay tuned for more details.
Just an example of the product I will be using, ours will look different

One of our residents at Old Faithful in Yellowstone!
By the way, I just want to thank everyone for doing this. It has been so much fun getting new pictures from exotic locations all over the US and the world! We have the absolute best, most loyal members I can imagine. I am so grateful.
Where have you worn your "Ask Me About Cypress Cove" T-shirt?
Send us a pic!
Someone suggested that we create a page on our website going into a bit more detail on our various classes and activities. If you are responsible for one of the scheduled classes or activities, please email me a brief description. One sentence would be okay, more if needed, but just a summary for new visitors. I'm thinking of everything from bingo to exercises to petanque. Thank you in advance!
Regis handles activities, but I put together the weekly newsletter. I'm always looking for content. If you have anything that you would like to see in the newsletter, please email submissions to email@example.com.
We received some very nice new reviews on TripAdvisor. Thank you! If you would like to help spread the word, you can review us using the link below.
