Villa Apartment
The apartments consist of two rooms plus a large bath. They feature a spacious living area with a complete kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. There is dining for four and a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, armchair and coffee table. The bedroom contains two queen beds and a writing table.

All rooms include free cable TV, telephone, hair dryer, alarm clock, coffee maker, linens and free wireless internet!  (signal quality may vary by location)

• Rate is posted daily as 1/30th of the published monthly rate, regardless of month
• Monthly Rates do not include applicable taxes (13%)
• Full Membership is required (Full Membership eliminates the Daily Membership Fee and pays for itself after the first month)

Extended Lease Rates for Long Term Villa Guests
Lease rates are available for extended stays. A lease must be signed for a minimum of six months. The Villa Apartment lease rate is $1500 per month for the first six months and $1200 per month for the duration of the stay (may be adjusted annually). There are no taxes (normally 13%) as long as you fullfill the lease term. Full Membership is required. Rate includes all utilities, no housekeeping is provided. Guests departing early must revert to the published taxable monthly rates (listed above) or complete the lease payment, whichever is less.
