Fabulous Forties Weekend - Jan 5-7

We have a great weekend of fun planned for you on January 5th & 6th. It all starts on Friday, January 5th, with Super Mega Trivia 3000, the game show that EVERYONE plays, including the audience. Win our championship round and you win a free night’s stay right here at the Cove. A night of fun and a great prize, how can you go wrong?

Cypress Cove is ready to turn back the hands of time on January 6th with our Fabulous Forties Party. The Clayton Bright Big Band will be providing the soundtrack for you to swing dance the night away with your favorite girl or guy.

It’s going to be a weekend of great fun & great music, so don’t let this one pass you by. Make reservations now so as not to be left out.

Mad for Plaid Party - Jan 13

Who loves plaid? I for one love it! It’s got so many colors living together as one. We could all learn a thing or two from plaid. So, how about having a dance that celebrates all things plaid. Well, that’s exactly what we’re going to do. It will take place January 13th at 7:00 pm at Lakeside Restaurant.

Get decked out in any and all plaid that you own. If you want to be nude then you could even paint yourself plaid if you are so inclined. We just want as many people as possible in Lakeside wearing some form of plaid. We will have DJ Xavier on hand to rock your plaid socks off. So come on down for a great night of dancing, fun and most of all, PLAID as far as the eye can see. See you there.

Shipwreck Party Weekend - Jan 19-21

It’s that time of year again when you pull out that shipwreck attire. It’s time to attend our Shipwreck Party Weekend from Jan 19th-21st. The weekend starts out with a special Friday night show by Cove favorite Danny & Anthony doing what they do best, which is sing and play music you can dance to. It’s a Friday night dance you won’t soon forget.

Come down to Lakeside Restaurant for a nice dinner (which you can’t get on a deserted island), then get ready to have some fun.

Live music by the Island Connection will help pass the time. A costume contest will be happening, so don’t forget to make yourself look like an extra on “Survivor”. Speaking of Survivor, there will also be some challenges for you to participate in and maybe win a prize.

So the only question left to ask is: What better place to be shipwrecked than Cypress Cove? I can’t think of one, can you?

Super Bowl Tailgate Weekend - Feb 2-4

Football season, it’s the time of year when there’s a certain buzz in the air, and it culminates February 4th with the big game, the Super Bowl. We want to celebrate here at Cypress Cove too, so that’s why we are continuing Super Bowl Tailgate Weekend, Feb 2-4.

The 2007 Nude Cruise departs Saturday morning, so Friday night is all about the cruisers. It starts out with a Nude Cruise Meet & Greet at 4 pm on Friday in the Lounge. Then head over to Cheeks after dinner for a Bon Voyage Streak at Cheeks Party. Dance to all your favorite songs with DJ Xavier.

There will be a special early morning Breakfast Buffet at 6 am on Saturday, including a cooked to order egg and omelett station. We want to get the cruisers fed before they get on the bus at 8 am. For those who stay, there will be a fun 3 Person Best Ball Golf Scramble on Saturday at 11:30 am. Registration is just $10 for non-members and includes lunch with hot dogs, sodas and beer. Pot luck contributions are welcome. Then Saturday night there will be a dance at 7 pm in the Lakeside Restaurant with DJ Shawn.

Of course, it all peaks with the big game on Sunday. Don’t miss the Super Bowl Party on Sunday at 6 pm at Cheeks. Watch the game with your friends on our big screen TV. Take advantage of the food & drink specials, including $1 Drafts and $.25 wings. And, enjoy a great weekend at Cypress Cove!

Valentine's Weekend - Feb 9-11

Valentines Day will be here soon, so now is the time to make plans for a romantic Cypress Cove getaway. The weekend starts out with special Friday night Dance with Live Oldies Music by The Dukes.

The Cypress Cove Singles Club meets Saturday at 5:30 pm in the Lakeside Lounge. Saturday night is our annual Valentine's Day Ball in the Lakeside Restaurant. We have the great pleasure of welcoming the return of The Love Bugs. No, not the kind that get stuck in you car grill, but the band that will help you to dance the night away with your sweetheart.

With dinner, dancing and the romantic ambiance of Cypress Cove, our Valentine’s Day Ball will be the complete package. Book your reservations now!

NASCAR Weekend - Feb 16-18

It’s time once again to celebrate one of the fastest growing sports in America at Cypress Cove’s third annual NASCAR Weekend February 16-18. The weekend will coincide with the Daytona 500 so you can enjoy the weekend and also enjoy the race.

The fun starts Friday night with NASCAR trivia at Happy Hour and a country fried karaoke party with Regis. Starting Saturday afternoon we will have some games for everyone to enjoy.

Saturday morning is the Presidential Weekend Red vs. Blue Fun Tennis Tournament. An $8 entry fee includes fun tennis, a cocktail party, and a picnic after the games. Sign up early!

In the afternoon we will have Golf Cart Drag Racing, a golf cart road rally inside the Cove, and three golf cart games on the Lakeside Lawn, which will be an obstacle course, a blindfold course, and a ring toss. When the sun goes down the fun really gets ramped up with a dance featuring live music by the classic country band The Uptowners at the Lakeside Restaurant.

Then Sunday get ready to party down at Cheeks Bar & Grill for a Daytona 500 party. Watch the race, eat some food, and maybe win some prizes. Make reservations now for a great weekend here at Cypress Cove. If you love NASCAR, then the only place to be is at the Cove, where you can watch the big race in the NUDE!

Mardi Gras / Mardi Bra - Feb 20 & 24

It all starts on Fat Tuesday, which takes place this year on Feb 20th. We will have a body painting, a parade at 3 pm and a huge Mardi Gras Party at the Lakeside Restaurant.

Dinner starts at 4:30 pm and features a New Orleans style buffet for only $14.95. Offerings include Creole Chicken, Cajun Jambalaya, Sausage Gumbo, Catfish w/Grits, Bourbon Chicken, and a Salad Bar. We will have live entertainment by Bob Clayton and The Dixie Cats from 5 to 9 pm.

Then on Feb 24th we will have our yearly Mardi Bra Party. What is Mardi Bra you ask? Well, Mardi Bra is the most FUN you’ll have wearing a bra. Let me explain. You take a bra, you decorate it like it was a float in a Mardi Gras parade, then you wear it down to Lakeside Restaurant and dance, dance, dance the night away with DJ Xavier. We will have a prize for the best decorated bra.

Bernie & Bob "Songs We Like to Sing..." - Mar 2

We have a last minute entry into the activities calendar. Bernie & Bob, both popular Music Monday singers from the past, are going to provide a special performance on Friday, March 2nd. They will be singing all your favorites from 7 pm - 10 pm.

These singers are very popular. Book your reservations early!

Spring Social - Mar 3

Start the Spring season right with a Spring Social to have a great time with all your friends before they head home for the summer. Saturday March 3rd is the date and 7 pm is the time when the Clayton Bright Big Band returns to Cypress Cove. This band is fantastic and is something you do not want to miss. It’s a 12 piece authentic Big Band that will play all your favorites in one night of great classic music that everyone can enjoy.

Plan on making reservations early as the big band shows are often a sell out.

Cove Player's Spring Show - Mar 9 & 10

The show is March 9th and 10th in the Lakeside Restaurant. This show is titled "Thanks for the Memories" and is dedicated to the loving memory of Maggi Corneilsen. Maggi was a long time resident of Cypress Cove and directed the Cove Player's shows for many years. We will miss her.

Tickets are just $22 per person which covers the show, your meal, beverage, tax and gratuity. The ticket price also includes $2 for the Cove Players to help pay for props, etc. Pick your eating time when you purchase your ticket and your table is yours for the evening. We will make our best effort to also serve guests who would like to come to dinner, but not stay for the show.

There will be a special buffet both nights. Items include: Chicken Marsala, Vegetable Lasagna, Beef Stroganoff, Baked Manicotti, Fried Catfish, Steamed Mussels, Baked Stuffed Mushrooms, Spanish Rice, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Carrots, Hand Carved Standing Steamship Round. Also, a Salad Bar with assorted cold platters.

In order for the show to start promptly at 9 pm the last dinner seating will be at 8 pm. If or when the reservations are filled, individual side chairs will be available for only $5.00. This money goes directly to the Cove Players.

RC Yacht Club Regatta - Mar 11

The Cypress Cove Remote Control Yacht Club would like to invite each and every one of you to our 6th Annual Regatta on March 11th. The Regatta takes place every March and is one of the biggest events in the Cove’s busy social schedule. It starts early in the morning with the powerboat events, including balloon boat challenges and power boat racing on our grand prix race circuit. After a tasty lunch of hotdogs and hamburgers, the remote control sailing ships take to the water. There are a number of run off races and then the best of the best sail for the coveted prize of “Captain of the Year”.

The Regatta is an all-day event with food and drink; a raffle with many great items, a 50-50 draw and an announcer to keep the large audience informed and entertained. To top off the day, awards and trophies are presented at the evening banquet.

We have been sailing our graceful one meter solings on Brown Lake for 6 ½ years. Our solings are sloop rigged radio controlled yachts. There are no motors; they are driven only by wind power. The skipper can adjust the trim of the sails and the angle of the rudder. The rest is skill and luck. The club has grown to over 60 members with 33 solings, power boats and of course the very popular balloon boats.

By the way, this is a family activity with both women and men captains.

St. Patrick's Day Weekend - Mar 16-18

Plan now to attend our big St. Patrick’s Day Party, Mar 17th!

The good times start on Friday night with Super Mega Trivia 3000, the game show everyone, including the audience, gets to play. The champion of the night wins a free one night stay in our hotel!

Saturday morning is the St. Paddy's Day Weekend Green vs. Orange Fun Tennis Tournament. An $8 entry fee includes fun tennis, a cocktail party, and a picnic after the games. Sign up early!

On Saturday night, we are lucky enough to have the authentic Irish sounds of Celtic Echoes featuring Billy Finnegan, coming from Ireland once again this year. This band will really get you in the spirit. The restaurant will also be serving great Irish cuisine for you to enjoy during the show, so you can eat, dance and enjoy a few drinks all at the same time. Seating will not be available for non diners until 9:00 pm because we are expecting a lot of reservations.

Cove-Wide Garage Sale - Mar 17

The winter season is coming to an end. We've got a Cove-Wide Garage Sale scheduled so our Snowbirds can unload some of their "stuff" before they head back north. There are great deals to be had all around the park. Don't miss out!

Ukulele Class - Mar 17

This is a beginning ukulele workshop in the Clubhouse, from 10 am to 12 pm. The class is just $45 per person, which includes a new ukulele, a chord / song bookloot, and two hours of fun and instruction, including chord positions and strumming methods. The workshop is limited to just 10 people, so sign up at the office in advance.

Goodbye Snowbirds Weekend - Mar 30-1

It’s that time of year again when we must say goodbye to all our friends from up north as they make the long trip back home. To honor this occasion, we are planning a great weekend full of fun just for all of our fabulous snowbirds.

On Friday night we will be hosting our fun new game show, Super Mega Trivia 3000, for you to play one last time before the season ends.

On Saturday, we are throwing a special Goodbye Snowbirds Party so you can come down and say goodbye to all your friends until next year. Have dinner and dance the night away to the sounds of DJ Glenn Mitchell, as he plays all of your old favorites. It’s great end to the winter season down here at Cypress Cove.

Easter Weekend - Apr 6-8

Easter weekend will soon be upon us, so why not spend it here at the Cove? We have a weekend full of fun planned so you can just relax and have a great time.

The weekend starts off right with the new Cypress Cove sensation Super Mega Trivia 3000. It’s the game show everyone plays including the audience. And don’t forget you can also win a one night stay right here in Cypress Cove if you are the champion for the night. It’s a lot of fun for everyone and is always exciting to watch even if you choose not to play.

Saturday starts off with Easter Egg decorating for the youngsters at 2:00 pm in the pool area. Bring the kids by, and we will have the eggs and decorations for them to paint the prettiest eggs you’ve ever seen. Saturday night is for the adults to boogie down at our Easter Dance to the awesome sounds of DJ Xavier.

Sunday morning will be our yearly Easter Egg Hunt on the sunning yard with candy filled eggs for the kids to enjoy. Make plans now to attend a fun filled weekend that you won’t soon forget!

Anniversary Weekend - Apr 13-15

Cypress Cove was opened by Jim & Pete Hadley in 1964. Jim was introduced to nudism through his love of photography. Soon he & Pete were avid nudists and looking for a place of their own. They saw an ad for some lakefront property in Kissimmee in 1962 and jumped at the opportunity. A couple of years later, Cypress Cove was born.

Join Cypress Cove in celebrating our big 43rd Anniversary Weekend, April 13-15.
We are starting the celebration on Friday night at 8 pm with a Karaoke Party in the Lounge. Come down and sing all your favorite songs from yesterday and today.

Then on Saturday night we have some very special guests to perform for you. The Fabulous Baker Act Jam Band will be bringing their musical stylings to the Lakeside Restaurant for an 8 pm dance. Come enjoy the music, have some dinner, check out pictures from the archives and dance the night away.

With all this great entertainment, it’s no wonder that Cypress Cove has been around for so long. We look forward to seeing you all here for this very special weekend.

Blues Weekend - April 27-29

Do you love Blues music? If the answer is “Yes”, then we have a great weekend for you. Taking place April 27-29, we will be celebrating the great American art form, the Blues.

Friday night will start the weekend off right with a huge Blues filled Karaoke Party with Regis. Come down and sing some Blues music or any other type of music you want. It’s fun even if you just want to watch!

On Saturday, we are throwing a special Blues Party with a new band here at Cypress Cove, The Snafu Band. They will play a great mix of traditional Blues and some fun danceable bluesy Rock and Roll for you to enjoy for the whole evening.

Singles Weekend, "Cinco De Mayo" - May 4-6

Cinco De Mayo is the theme again for this Singles Weekend. It’s a great time to come and meet other single nudists in a friendly and no pressure environment. We start the weekend off on May 4th with the first pool party of the season, a special Cracker-barrel discussion at Lakeside Lounge that will coincide with an extra hour of Happy Hour and a Streak at Cheeks with DJ Xavier. He will be playing all the music you singles know and love.

Saturday starts out with a bang. There will be a pool party with music and games for all of our singles to enjoy. Vegas Weekend - May 11-13

Do you like to play a nice game of Blackjack? Do you like 50’s music? Then this weekend is definitely for you. On May 11th we are having our annual Vegas Night. The weekend starts off with casino games in Lakeside Restaurant, games like blackjack, poker, roulette, and more. Instead of money you win tickets that you use to win fabulous prizes, and have a lot of fun in the process. It’s like having a night in Vegas in your backyard, and you don’t have to get all dressed up to hit the tables, you don’t need money and don’t need to get on a plane. How can you go wrong?

The entertainment for Saturday night will be a 50’s style Sock Hop with DJ Xavier. He will be helping you twist the night away to all your favorites from the 50’s and beyond. Make plans to attend this fun filled weekend at Cypress Cove.

Back to the 80's - May 18-20

It’s time once again to head back to the “ME” decade and celebrate all things that pertain to the 80’s. We will kick off the weekend Friday afternoon with a pool party with DJ Xavier rocking all the 80’s tunes and more for you to enjoy while working on that perfect tan. That night’s entertainment will be provided by Regis and will be an 80’s Karaoke Party at the Lakeside Lounge starting at 8 pm. It’s sure to be a blast from the past.

On Saturday we have another pool party with DJ Xavier. The fun really gets rolling that night as we bring DJ Xavier back to do a special 80’s Streak at Cheeks. Dig out that old pair of parachute pants and torn up sweat shirt so that maybe you can win the costume contest that gets underway at 9 pm. With all these fun things happening, how can you go wrong? Hey dude, let’s party like it's 1985 at Cypress Cove.

Memorial Day Weekend - May 25-28

Do you like competitive volleyball? Are you a young person looking for a great nudist club to go dancing at? Do you find the Saturday night dances a little out of your age bracket? If the answer is yes to any one of these questions, it’s time once again to head to the Cove for a great weekend of Volleyball and the official start of summer here at the Cove on Memorial Day Weekend, which this year starts on May 25th.

The weekend starts out May 25th with the return of Club Night and it will take place at 9 pm in the Lakeside Restaurant. This night will be geared more towards a younger audience and will include modern music such as club music, hip hop and modern dance music played a little louder than our usual dances. We had a lot of fun with this night last year and look forward to more of you folks coming out to experience it.

On Saturday the day starts off with the volleyball tournament for all you volleyball lovers out there. And Saturday night we have some great classic rock in store for you with The Tree Top Flyers. So, if you’re young or just young at heart, come and check out our great Memorial Day Weekend right here at Cypress Cove.

Co-Ed Triples Volleyball Tournament - May 26-27

Enjoy great volleyball in a natural setting at Florida’s Most Beautiful Clothes Free Resort!

The tournament features two days of Co-Ed Triples Volleyball levels B to AAA, clothing optional. We play on our 6 grass courts located on the lakefront lawn adjacent to our 50 acre private lake. There is a divisional Round Robin on Saturday, which decides seeding. On Sunday, we play a double elimination tournament for the championship!

Players and families may purchase a 4 day/3 night guest pass for just $30 per person, and children under 18 are free. The guest pass includes resort admission, tournament registration and optional tent camping on the lakefront. Tournament registration is included for guests staying in our Hotel or Campground.

Family Fest & Young Nudist Weekend - Jun 1-3

This weekend is for the young nudist (18-35) to enjoy discounted rates and gate fees. Enjoy the Club Night dance with modern dance music and meet new friends. Take advantage of Full Member Rates for the hotel or $5 daily admission, Friday thru Sunday.

This year Kidsfest is getting a name change to Family Fest. We are trying something new for this Family Fest, and it’s the Family Olympics! Here’s how it works: for every event or craft you and your family participates in you receive a special token. For every game you participate in, you will receive additional tokens depending on where you place. The more you participate the more tokens you receive. The family with the most tokens at the end of the weekend wins a free weekend stay!

This weekend will be different and a lot of fun. The good times start on Friday with a special pool party just for the kids starting at 2 pm. There will be games, crafts, a dance class and sing-a-long.

The fun picks up the next day at noon when we have the Family Olympics and a ton of activities planned for an afternoon of good times for the entire family. Saturday night is a Streak at Cheeks so the parents can get out there and shake a tail feather with DJ Xavier at the turntables.

Cypress Cove wants to thank all of our members with the thirteenth Annual Cypress Cove Days, June 8-10. All Cypress Cove members receive 1/2 price daily membership fees starting Friday at 4 pm. Members will also receive 40% off the normal lodging rates in the hotel and campground. The special rates are available for 2 nights min/ 3 nights max. Everyone gets Happy Hour prices all weekend starting Friday at 5 pm.

We have a fun filled weekend for you too. It all starts with a karaoke party on Friday night and continues thru the rest of the weekend with a Revenge of the Nerds Dance with live music by The Love Bugs on Saturday night. One of the most popular nights here at the Cove is getting a special weekend all it’s own and it’s called Streak at Cheeks Weekend and it will be happening June 15-17. For the first time ever we will have a Friday night and Saturday night Streak at Cheeks.

Friday night will be with Cove favorite DJ Xavier as he rocks all the songs you want to hear. Then on Saturday we have DJ Shawn making a special Streak at Cheeks appearance for the first time in over a year.

Redneck Weekend - Jun 22-24

It’s that time once again for a party weekend you won’t soon forget! Y’all get ready because REDNECK WEEKEND RETURNS!

It all starts off Friday afternoon with a right good pool party with DJ Xavier spinning all the redneck music you can handle That night keeps the good times rollin with a good old fashioned Redneck Karaoke Party with Regis in the Lakeside Lounge. Sing all your countrified favorites or come down and sing any song as long as you come and sing.

Saturday has yet another pool party with Xavier, a Good Ol’ Boys Parade, and the now legendary Hillbilly Games on Lakeside Lawn. Saturday night, Snafu, will take the stage at Lakeside Restaurant for a big hoedown with all your friends. It all builds up to our Redneck Costume Contest where you can win a free night stay in our beautiful Villas. I hope to see y’all here real soon.

July Fourth Weekend - Jun 29-Jul 1

U.S.of A. Where else can you celebrate our nation's birth by sitting around the pool nude getting some sun? Well, you can do that right here at Cypress Cove. The Cove has a great weekend of activities lined up for this huge weekend. It all starts off with a special Friday Night Streak at Cheeks with DJ Xavier.

Then on Saturday night it’s time to celebrate the freedom that America affords us by dressing up as a Tacky Tourist for the Cove’s Third Annual July 4th Tacky Tourist Deck Party. The music will be provided by DJ Glen Mitchell and the tackiest tourist of the night wins a prize. And don’t forget to bring your Florida-legal fireworks so we can all shoot them off and have our own private fireworks display on beautiful Lake Brown.

Sunday afternoon by the pool will also be rocking because Jerry Brown will be playing live music to all our sun worshipers. Make arrangements now to attend our red, white & nude July Forth weekend here at Cypress Cove.

Pirate Party & Young Nudist Weekend - Jul 6-8

Avast there ye landlubbers, it’s time to celebrate the pirates life right here at Cypress Cove.

On July 6th the weekend will kick off with a Pirate Pool Party with DJ Xavier to get your pirate blood flowing. Then when the sun sets, the party really gets going with another of the Cove’s newest sensation, Club Night with DJ Shawn. It’s a night of new music that is great for anyone who loves to have a good time.

Saturday will have another Pirate Pool Party and our first Pirate Treasure Hunt at 3 pm. We will give you all the clues you need to try and track down the treasure, hidden right here at Cypress Cove. What’s inside the chest, you will have to find out for yourselves.

When the sun sets, the fun is just beginning with a Pirate Costume Party with DJ Xavier. Come dressed up (or with just an eye-patch) as your favorite pirate and maybe win a nice bottle of rum and free night stay here at Cypress Cove.

Sunday will have Jimmy Pappas poolside playing all kinds of fun songs for you enjoy under the sun. So, set sail for a great weekend of pirate parting that ye won’t soon forget.

This weekend is also for the young nudists (18-35) to enjoy discounted overnight rates and gate fees. We've got Pool Parties on Friday & Saturday afternoon. Open House - Jul 14

Cypress Cove will host our 22nd Annual Open House on July 14th from 10 am to 2 pm. Couples and families are invited to visit and experience nude recreation in a relaxed family environment. Come see the facilities and activities that Cypress Cove provides to make it “Florida’s Most Beautiful Family Nudist Resort.”

For guests, clothing will be optional in the Lakefront area where they will be able to obtain information and take a guided tour. We will have music and are offering tethered hot air balloon rides. Food, soft drinks, and beer will be available. Please invite a friend.

VOLUNTEERS will be needed to help make Open House possible. There are many jobs, so if you are willing to help share our lifestyle during Open House, please sign up at the Activities Office as soon as possible. Thanks.

The weekend will also have Karaoke on Friday night and on Saturday the Singles Club will meet and we also will have a dance with DJ Xavier. Come on down with some new nudist friends and have a great time.

Streak at Cheeks Weekend - Jul 20-22

Parrothead Weekend - Jul 26-29

Parrotheads, it’s time again to party down at Cypress Cove for our most popular weekend of the year. This is our 12th Annual Parrothead Party and will be the biggest and best yet. The fun this year begins on Thursday with our Pre-Parrothead Pirate Pool Party with DJ Xavier. We will have dancing with all of your favorite Jimmy Buffett tunes and games with prizes. The party doesn’t let up from there.

Friday starts with a tailgate party in the field by the pool. We are trying to give you the feeling of tailgating before a Buffett show so plan on knocking back a few margaritas and singing all the songs you know by heart with DJ Xavier. Our famous beach party with DJ Glenn Mitchell will be on Friday night to get the party really cooking.

Saturday is packed to the gills with fun stuff to do. We have the yearly Parrotheads On Parade, music by the pool with DJ Xavier, pool games, the big Jell-o shot contest, and to top it all off, a dance party with live music by Captain Josh & The Props. They will play all the Buffett & island music you could possibly want.

Sunday has even more great stuff to do with a body painting contest and DJ Lee Hale by the pool. To help wind down the weekend, there will be a special Parrothead BBQ Night on Sunday at the Lakeside Restaurant with live music by Mike Meredith.

Florida Fest, Family Fest & Young Nudist Specials - Aug 3-5

We’re going to try this again because the last Family Fest was totally rained out. We are combining Florida Fest & Family Fest into one big weekend.

Florida Fest is for people that make Florida their home year round, or if you make Florida your home away from home, but as long as your home club is in Florida we have a deal for you. August 3rd-5th all Florida Nudist Club members receive 1/2 price daily membership fees starting Friday at 4 pm. Members who stay overnight will receive full member rates in the hotel and campground. These special rates are available for 2 nights min/ 3 nights max. Everyone gets Happy Hour prices all weekend starting Friday at 5 pm.

We will also have Family Fest with the Family Olympics! Here’s how it works: for every game, event or craft you and your family participates in, you receive a special token. You will receive additional tokens depending on where you place in the games. The more you participate the more tokens you receive. The family with the most tokens at the end of the weekend wins a free weekend stay!

This weekend is also for the young nudists (18-35) to enjoy discounted overnight rates and gate fees. We've got Pool Parties on Friday & Saturday afternoon. Enjoy the Club Night Dance on Friday night with modern dance music played a little louder than our usual dances. Nudists 18-35 can take advantage of Full Member Rates for the hotel or $5 daily admission, Friday thru Sunday.

Back to the 70's Weekend - Aug 10-12

Platform shoes, afros and bellbottoms are the attire for this weekend. It’s all about celebrating every thing from the seventies.

The weekend starts off with a 70’s Karaoke Party with Regis. You can come sing all your favorite 70’s songs or just shake your groove thing if you’re not really the singing type.

Saturday by the pool will be funky too, with a Pool Party with DJ Xavier playing all the big 70’s hits for you to groove on under the sun.

On Saturday night, the Lakeside Restaurant will be transformed into Studio 54 so you can dance the night away again with DJ Xavier. Get your best disco leisure suit on for the big costume contest at 9 pm. The first 10 costumed guests to sign up for the Costume Contest win a free drink!

If you’re still stuck in the 70’s, this is your time to come out to the Cove and shine like a disco ball.

Singles "Toga" Weekend - Aug 17-19

TOGA PARTY is the theme for this Singles Weekend. It’s a great time to come and meet other single nudists.

We start the weekend off on Friday, August 17th with a special extended happy hour, cracker-barrel discussion and icebreaker games, and then that night a Toga Streak at Cheeks with DJ Xavier.

Then on Saturday at noon we will have a pool party with DJ Xavier once again. He will be playing music and games that are great for singles to get to know one another. At 4 pm we will have another Cracker-barrel discussion at Lakeside Lounge that will coincide with an extra hour of Happy Hour.

When the sun goes down, the fun really starts to heat up with the Toga Party to end all Toga Parties with live music by Cove favorites, The Love Bugs, playing the tunes at Lakeside Restaurant that will help you get a little closer to your new friends. There will also be a toga costume contest at 9pm.

Classic Rock Weekend - Aug 24-26

It’s that time of year to celebrate some of the best music to ever hit the airwaves, Classic Rock. From The Beatles to the Rolling Stones, and Jimi Hendrix and all things in between. These groups helped form the modern music scene and we think it’s time to celebrate these bands and many more which will be the focus of this third year of classic rock goodness. It starts August 24th and continues through August 26th with lots of fun, new activities and great music to enjoy.

We will start the weekend off right with a special Classic Rock edition of Friday night Karaoke with Ted. Come down and sing all your favorite classic rock tunes or whatever kind of music your heart desires on this night of fun. Get there early because these nights fill up fast.

On Saturday afternoon we will have a Pool Party at the West pool featuring DJ Xavier playing all the classics you can handle. Then at 6 pm we will have a special Classic Rock Bar Trivia to test your knowledge of all things rock.

When the sun goes down on Saturday night, the fun gets really rolling with live music by Cove favorite, The Bones Bros., playing all the Classic Rock hits you know and love.

Labor Day Weekend - Aug 31-Sep 3

Labor day, a time to celebrate the working man. You spend all week working to make ends meet. Sometimes it’s a good idea to take some time and make it your own, with nothing to do but relax under the sun. And what better way to relax under the sun then to spend your weekend right here at Cypress Cove. We’ve got a great weekend of activities to make your Labor Day great.

Friday night we will be kicking off the weekend with a bang with a special Friday Streak at Cheeks with DJ Xavier. Saturday will be a pool party with DJ Xavier and a Labor Day Deck Party with DJ Glenn Mitchell. Sunday you can dance by the pool with the fun party sounds of Jerry Brown, but don’t party too much because there will be a special Sunday Streak at Cheeks with DJ Xavier.

Then on Monday we will have a special Music Monday with Cove favorite Glenn Mack singing all your favorites.

Young Nudist Weekend - Sep 7-9

Are you a young nudist looking for something more your speed here at Cypress Cove? Then this weekend is for you! All young nudists (18-35) get to enjoy discounted overnight rates and gate fees. Nudists 18-35 can take advantage of Full Member Rates for the hotel or $5 daily admission, Friday thru Sunday. Plus we have a full weekend of fun for you to take part in.

The fun kicks off Friday night with the Club Night Dance on Friday night with modern dance music played a little louder than our usual dances. DJ Shawn will be playing all the new music you could possibly want to hear.

The party doesn’t end there. We've got a Pool Party on Saturday afternoon with DJ Xavier and he will also be rocking the Lakeside Restaurant Saturday night for our weekly Saturday night dance too.

Back to the 60's Weekend - Sep 14-16

One of the weekends that’s always a huge hit is the Back to the 60’s Weekend. It’s time once again to celebrate every thing from the peace loving 60’s. So, get your love beads on (and nothing else, there was a lot of nudity in the sixties) and make your way to the Cove.

The weekend kicks off with a chance for you to act like you’re a singer at the original Woodstock with a 60’s Karaoke Party with Regis at the Lakeside Lounge. Even if you don’t like singing, it’s fun just to watch.

Saturday night the Lakeside Restaurant will be transformed into a groovy hippie pad so you can do your best flower child impression and enjoy the groovy sounds of Charlie D & The Things. Get your best hippie clothes on for the big costume contest at 9 pm and maybe win a prize if you are looking good enough.

With all this and 60’s bar trivia, what more could you want? So if you’re still stuck in the 60’s, this weekend is your time to come on out to the Cove.

Streak at Cheeks Weekend - Sep 21-23

One of the most popular nights here at the Cove is getting another special weekend all it’s own. It’s called Streak at Cheeks Weekend and it will be happening Sep 21-23.

We will have a Friday night and Saturday night Streak at Cheeks. Friday and Saturday night will be with Cove favorite DJ Xavier as he rocks all the songs you want to hear.

With 2 great dances, Pool Parties on Saturday, Hermit Crab Racing and Super Mega Trivia 3000 to fill out the weekend, how can you go wrong?

Crazy Hat Weekend - Sep 28-30

We are trying another new weekend here at the Cove and it’s Crazy Hat Weekend. Do you have some sort of hat you bought on a whim while on vacation that’s now sitting in a closet gathering dust? Then now’s the time to dust it off and wear it proudly all weekend (and nothing else).

The weekend starts off with a Karaoke Party with Regis. Come down to the Lakeside Restaurant for a delicious dinner and stick around and sing all you favorite tunes for the crowd to enjoy. These nights fill up fast so get there early.

Then on Saturday we have the big Crazy Hat Dance with DJ Xavier. Wear your hat proudly and at 9 pm we will have a contest to determine who has the craziest hat of all.

So come on down and help us celebrate this new weekend right here at Cypress Cove.

Fall Volleyball Bash - Oct 5-7

Hey, all you volleyball fanatics, it’s time once again to come to the Cove for the annual Fall Volleyball Bash on October 5th - 7th. We have a great weekend of fun activities planned in addition to the volleyball tournament and it all begins Friday night. That night’s entertainment will be one of our newer activities, Club Night. This is the night that we welcome all our young nudists to come down to Lakeside and dance to all the hottest new music around. Saturday morning the volleyball tournament starts, but that’s not all that’s happening.

On Saturday night we will have DJ Glenn Mitchell on hand at Cheeks to get the party going by playing all your requests. So after a great day of volleyball, dome down to the Lakeside Restaurant for some dancing and drinks. We also have Hermit Crab Racing on Friday Night and Super Mega Trivia 3000 on Saturday.

The tournament features two days of Co-Ed Triples Volleyball levels A to AAA, clothing optional. We play on our 6 grass courts located on the lakefront lawn adjacent to our 50 acre private lake. There is a divisional Round Robin on Saturday, which decides seeding. On Sunday, we play a double elimination tournament for the championship!

Players and families may purchase a 3 day/2 night guest pass for just $25 per person, and children under 18 are free. The guest pass includes resort admission, tournament registration and optional tent camping on the lakefront. Tournament registration is included for guests staying in our Hotel or Campground.

With all these fun things happening and some of the best Co-Ed Triples Volleyball around, how can you afford to miss out on this huge weekend of fun?

Nude Bike Rally - Oct 12-14

The feeling of the wind blowing through your hair, speeding along on your bike down the open road. There’s not a better feeling in the world. Well, there is one thing that could make it better, being nude while you’re doing it. I know you can’t do that on the open road, but you can do it right here at Cypress Cove with the return of the 14th Annual Nude Bike Rally & “Strip” Poker Run.

The weekend is jam packed with all kinds of great biker events. The weekend will kick off on Friday with Happy Hour and Biker Bar Trivia in the Lounge. Other weekend events include a Biker Deck Party and a Biker Block Party complete with BBQ, a Bike Show and DJ Xavier playing all you favorite biker music. Of course, there will also be Biker Games to test the skills of the finest riders and a nude Bike Parade through the park.

This year we are trying something new. Instead of the poker run we will be doing a numbers game that will leave the Cove, run outside the park and end back at the Cove in time for the Biker Block Party. There will be an awards ceremony and a drawing for the 50/50 on Saturday night right before the Biker Dance at the Lakeside.

Fantasy Fest Weekend - Oct 19-21

It’s time once again for us to host our third annual Fantasy Festival. We want to try and replicate the fun and excitement of Fantasy Fest right here at Cypress Cove. On Friday we will a “Red Party” at Cheeks with DJ Xavier (wear something red - a hat, shoes, or body paint - get creative).

The fun doesn’t stop there. On Saturday we will also have a Body Painting Contest, a Fantasy Festival Parade (dress yourselves, your carts, or even your pets), a Pool Party, and finally, a Glow in the Dark Masquerade Ball with DJ Xavier.

Sunday will wrap up the weekend with relaxing music by the Pool with Jimmy Pappas. Come take part in this weekend of fun, here at Cypress Cove.

Halloweekend - Oct 26-28

All right ghouls and goblins, come celebrate Halloween Cypress Cove style. The weekend starts off Friday night with our Haunted Hayride at 8 pm. We need volunteers to make this happen so sign up at the activities office. We then have a Halloween Streak at Cheeks. DJ Xavier will be on hand playing all the tunes you love. We will also run the Haunted Hayride out of Cheeks so you can dance and be scared all at the same time.

Saturday will be when the kids get to go out trick or treating from 5 pm - 7:30 pm. At 7:30 pm the Kid's Halloween Party at the Clubhouse gets underway with snacks and music. The fun really gets started when The Love Bugs take the stage for our huge Saturday night dance with the open costume contest at 9 pm. The categories for the costume contest are funniest, spookiest and best over all.

Welcome Back Snowbirds - Nov 3-5

It’s time once again to welcome back all our winter guests for what is sure to be another great season. We want to welcome them all back in style.

The weekend kicks off Friday night with a karaoke party with Regis at Cheeks. Come down and sing all your favorites for the first time this season.

Saturday starts with a dance that you are sure to love featuring the Cove favorite, Dj Xavier, starting at 8 pm. He will be playing all your favorite tunes from yesterday and today.

Gangster Weekend - Nov 9-11

The Cove’s gonna make you an offer you can’t refuse with the a great weekend of fun. Friday night kicks off with a Streak at Cheeks with Dj Xavier playing all your favorites, old and new.

The following night is Gangster Night at 8 pm at Cheeks. Get your best gangster duds on (or maybe just a Tommy gun, it is a nudist resort after all...) to try and win our gangster costume contest at 9 pm. There is guaranteed fun for all. We will have DJ Xavier on hand to put you in the right frame of mind, playing all your favorite tunes from yesterday and today.

There will be no prohibition at our speakeasy, so make plans now to attend what is sure to be a fun new weekend. See you there!

Back to the 50's - Nov 16-18

All right cool cats & kittens, it’s time once again to roll up those jeans and get on that poodle skirt because Back to the 50’s Weekend is back.

The weekend kicks off with a special 50’s themed Karaoke Party with Regis. Come down wearing your Buddy Holly glasses and sing all your favorite 50’s tunes, or tunes from any decade for that matter, just come down and sing! This night fills up so make sure you are there early for a good seat.

On Saturday, we will have a special 50’s themed dance at Cheeks starting at 8 pm with DJ Xavier spinning all the classics you know and love. It will be the sock hop to end all sock hops! We are planning on having a costume contest too that night at 9 pm, so start looking in your closet now because the winner will get a real sweet prize. Make plans now daddy-o. We look forward to seeing all of you there.

Thanksgiving Weekend - Nov 22-25

It’s time to once again to be thankful for all the blessings in our life, and what better way to that then spending some quality time at the Cove Thanksgiving Weekend. We got a great weekend of activities for you to enjoy. We have Cypress Cove favorite Dj Xavier playing not one night but 2 for your enjoyment at Cheeks.

Thanksgiving Day our traditional dinner will be served at Cheeks from 3pm to 7pm. There will be a full staff to serve you.

Our menu will include soup or salad and for appetizers cognac creamed mushrooms, single crab cakes remoulade, or shrimp cocktail. Entrees will include oven roasted turkey with all the trimmings, baked Virginia ham, prime rib of beef, au jus, and grilled swordfish. For desserts there will be caramel apple pie with vanilla ice cream, pumpkin cheesecake and bourbon chocolate pecan pie.

Craft Show & Sale - Dec 1

Singles Weekend - Dec 7-9

Calling all singles! It’s that time of year again to get together with your old and new single friends, right here at Cypress Cove. The next Singles Weekend will be Dec 7-9 and the theme is Angels & Devils, so get your costume on and get ready to have some fun. We are going to try some new activities based on input from last singles weekend, so be sure to check it out.

Due to the Lakeside Restaurant being refurbished we will have to be making some changes to the schedule. The fun starts Friday with a meeting at Old Cheeks with icebreaker games to get everyone relaxed. At 8 pm head over to the Streak at Cheeks with DJ Xavier playing all your favorites.

On Saturday we will have a pool party with some themed games, more icebreaker games, another singles meeting and another Streak at Cheeks with DJ Xavier playing all your favorite hits. We will also have an Angels & Devils costume contest.

Christmas Weekend - Dec 21-23

Christmas is almost here and Cypress Cove has all kinds of fun things on the schedule.

We start out the season on Dec 21st with our yearly Christmas Light Hayride starting at 7:00 pm in front of the Office. Hop on board, and take a nice, relaxing hayride to look at all the Christmas lights around the Cove. Also on Dec 21st, we will be having our big Lakeside Grand Re-Opening Dance at the newly refurbished Lakeside Restaurant with DJ Glenn Mitchell.

On Dec 22nd at 1 pm, the Christmas Parade will begin. Everyone is invited to take part by decorating your golf cart, bike, or just yourself as we wind our way through the Cove streets to help everyone get into the Christmas spirit. Also on Dec 22nd, don’t forget to take some time out for yourself to enjoy our Christmas Dance with The Love Bugs playing the songs to make sure your holiday is rocking. It’s your last chance to party before all that holiday family time. Make plans now to attend!

Nude Year's Eve Weekend - Dec 28-31

Out with the old and in with the new. 2008 is just around the corner, so it’s time to start making your plans for New Year’s Eve. Making Cypress Cove your New Year’s destination is a great way to get the new year started off right.

On Friday night we have a Karaoke Party with Regis. What better way to say good bye to the old year than sing all the songs from yesteryear as a fitting tribute?

Then Saturday, we will have a New Year’s Eve Rehearsal Dance as a warm up for the big night with DJ Xavier. On Sunday there is a special Streak at Cheeks w/ DJ Xavier.

Monday is New Year’s Eve and it will become Nude Year’s Eve here at the Cove as we throw a party so huge one room can’t contain it. We will have a Rock Around The Clock Party at the newly refurbished Lakeside Restaurant with live music by Charlie D. & The Things at 8:30 pm. Every hour will focus on a decade of music, starting with the 50’s and going all the way through 80’s and beyond. At Cheeks DJ Xavier, will be playing music to help you ring in the new year. We will have a champagne toast at midnight, party favors, dancing and lots and lots of fun.
